Scones

Hi,

We are all doing things that we wouldn’t normally do, during this isolation due to COVID-19. A friend of mine organised an international scone baking competition (internationally as the judge was in Germany). It was not decided on taste, but looks. The judge was very very good in detecting the texture.

I didn’t win, as I don’t remember ever baking scones before. But it was real fun.
