Do we get our images?

You get an online gallery that you can share with family and friends. A link will be delivered to you by email, which you can pass onto family and friends or guests at the event. Everyone with the link will be able to download the images in full high resolution to print as they see fit.
Of course this may be restricted if it is a fund raiser and pictures can be sold by the organisers. This arrangement can be discussed at any time before the event.
The web images are guaranteed to stay up on the web for 12 months, but may be even longer.

How do we book?

You can make a booking through this website, email directly or contact me by phone. It costs $200 to book in your session. I accept Credit Card Payments (through PayPal), cash or direct deposit. Full payment is finalised 2 weeks before the event.

How far in advance do we need to book?

As I am booked also for weddings uptown a year in advance it is best just to contact me contact me, to see if I am available. Saturdays can be booked during the warmer months, but I am mostly free on Fridays and Sundays.

Do you scan in old prints for a slideshow?

I do help you come up with a presentation plan for the slideshow. Usually the person who is arranging the project details will get them digitised and sent to me. If there is no other solution I will do this service at an extra cost. The process is time consuming, and is best kept small in numbers.

How long does a Slideshow Presentation go for?

Slideshows usually are limited to 10 minutes. They can incorporate video, pictures and audio. A theme runs through the Slideshow and often parts are repeated to reinforce a character trait. Pictures are shown 1, 2 ,3 or 4 at a time with various effects. They can be made funny, elegant or anything in between.

What kind of camera equipment do you use?

I use professional cameras and lenses. They are not consumer or amateur level.
My camera and lenses are weatherproof and are solid in construction. I use 2 cameras, that I carry all the time. In my equipment bag I carry 2 Pro Cameras, 2 Flashes, 2 Pro Zooms, Macro Lens, Standard 40mm Lens f1.2 (very fast lens), Medium Telephoto 150mm f1.8 (very fast lens), tripod, filters, light modifiers and various other little pieces of equipment eg: enough to get the photos I want in all conditions. For larger events where space permits I setup light stands, where my flashes are mounted to get that extra special even light of the venue.

How long before we get to see our photos?

I aim to supply your photos within two of the event. The honest truth there are periods high demand, when this may not be possible, but I will keep you informed. I will always get a few priceless images up on the web gallery within the two weeks.
